We have all heard of the saying: “Do we live to eat or eat to live?” or maybe not! J

A humorous thought in this context is: ‘we live on half the amount of food we eat and our doctors live on the other half!’

Let’s drop the general preset regulations of what is good / bad, healthy / unhealthy, trendy or not… Let’s simply experiment. If you would like to attend this special session, come to class on an empty stomach and this includes postponing the morning ritual; coffee! J

Remember how you feel after a good body massage? Well, your digestive system feels much the same after a sequence of yoga postures specific to improve the digestion process and some kriyas (cleansing practices) to help kindle the digestive fire.
