Learn powerful tools to individualize your practice and take your yoga to the next level. This workshop will include nuances in technique practicum that alleviate unnecessary strain and discomfort in the Vinyasa yoga practice. Employing the use of Pilates core strengthening exercises, Forrest Yoga postural expressions, Pranayama (mindful breath practice), and Bandha (energetic locks), students will learn to mindfully guide stagnant energy through the body in order to create strength, power, space, balance, and ease in the practice. This workshop is intended for students intermediate to advanced, beginners are welcome to participate.
