In addition to that, it will provide a clear image of the basic Pilates principles applied in the exercises on different machines, and the benefits of these exercises, proving that “physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.

Mrad graduated from the Lebanese University with a diploma in physiotherapy in 2008. Mrad gained Pilates teaching certification from the Canadian Performance Institute and his Yoga teaching certification from Yoga Darshanam School in Mysore, India, approved by Yoga Alliance USA. He also attended workshops in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Sri V. Sheshadri and gained advanced level training in the ‘Back and joint concept’. Currently, he is pursuing an additional Diploma in Pilates from The Pilates Center Bolder USA, Colorado. He combines his knowledge in Physiotherapy, Pilates and Yoga to help his students achieve the best results.
