In this workshop, we start off with a long YIN session, where poses are held to stretch the joints and connective tissue. Very quiet but also very challenging: In addition to the deep physical sensations, expect your mental tensions to surface and dissolve under the light of your awareness.
In the second YANG part of the workshop, we will seamlessly move into a powerful vinyasa practice to set your muscles on fire and enhance the Yin effect, before returning to inner silence through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Full circle!
