Ayman is a devoted Yoga lifestyle teacher and a Pranic healer. He travelled all over Nepal, India, Burma, Thailand, and many other amazing places. A life changing journey that showed him the true purpose of life and resulted in ending his corporate career and becoming a Yoga devotee. Lived and studied in an ashram in India, Ayman is dedicated to sharing the traditional Yogic science and philosophy. He is known for his calmness in conducting warm and inviting workshops that are best described as physically, mentally and spiritually uplifting. In Addition to teaching Yoga, Ayman specialises in healing traumas, depression and stress disorder using combination of Nidra Yoga and Pranic healing techniques.
