door SATURDAY MAY 30 / 10:00 AM > 12:00PM / Dr. Tarek Charaf / Register union2yoga@hotmail.com

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP Happiness, Peace of mind, Friendship, Love, Parenting, Success, Prosperity… Objectives that we work on improving and perfecting, day after day. Unfortunately, what we learn during our youth and adulthood, does not necessarily lead to what we had planned in the first place. Life, seems to flow in ways that are not harmonious with our own personal objectives, which in time, leads to frustration, anger, self doubt, deception, anxiety, depression… only to name a few. We suddenly find ourselves in a whirlpool of negative emotions, being sucked in faster and faster, not being able to beat the current. The same happens to athletes during a competition, when they are not able to focus and be in a state of mindfulness and mental flow, during a competition. No matter how hard they have trained; no matter how much talent they have, they just can’t seem to perform the way they want to. What we are unaware of, is that the solution is within us, within our head; and when we know that the solution is with us, we most of time do not know how to engage it. Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Mindfulness, Flow, sports Philosophy, Sports Coaching, Healthy dieting, Core strengthening and pilates or yoga,, provide together a 360 degree approach to transcending into one’s best.

THIS WORKSHOP WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING TOPICS – How this negatively affect our well being as a whole. – The necessity to live happy and transcend. – The benefits of life coaching and sport mental coaching – Therapy : Discussing Sport philosophy and its importance towards our personal lives and well being, Cognitive behavioral Coaching, mindfulness and sport psychology. – The need for a holistic approach that includes physical and emotional transcendence. – Developing the 3 Cores: Core beliefs; Core Objectives; Core muscles – Questions and answers.
