Since the beginning of time, the first breath, the first word, we were formed and morphed to be in harmony with nature. We are joined in so many different ways via our breath, our connection to earth and earth’s formations. All these aspects are parts of us while we experience and explore what it really means to be in physicality enjoying life to the fullest.
In yoga, release, transformation, expansion and awareness happen when the mind, body and spirit connect through breath and movement. Crystals work in a similar way, yet the mind, body and spirit connect through energetic vibration which helps align our body with the energy of the Earth, hence vibrating at our natural highest frequency, LOVE.
In this workshop, we will touch on this connection only to realize that we are always connected. We will set the space to weave Yoga and Healing Crystals together creating a powerful, symbiotic energy combination that deepens the yoga practice and increases spiritual growth and self-exploration.
Here’s to start a journey of a deeper level of healing, creating a closer connection with our practice, our crystals and, most importantly, our self.
MAYA ABOU CHEDID
A self journey that started consciously from a major in Molecular Biology and Genetics, Maya’s path led her to a graceful shift as she danced her way into the universe of Yoga since 2006. She went for her teacher training in 2008 and was called to start sharing this passion early 2009.
She followed other heartfelt calls to Greece (Thai Yoga Massage and Prenatal Yoga), India (Ayurvedic Massage & Panchakarma), Nepal (Vipassana), Thailand (Therapeutic Thai Massage) and Peru (Personal journeying).
On the way, she was and still is inspired by many tools that nature was laying on her path. Crystals were one of these wonders along with other balancing / healing sense related modalities.
Every training she received and practice shared have been parts of an ongoing process of unfolding and nourishment. A journey of connection and being part of the whole, in the “heart”.
