10am-11 am : “Aerial OM: Ask and Receive”
In this hour-long slow-flow class, we will open up the body, mind, and heart with a gentle warm-up on the ground, stretching through a series of easy poses designed to prepare for moving from the ground into the air, including a mantra and visualization setting the intention for the practice. Class will culminate in a powerful meditation on the ground and move into a meditation in the air (Aerial OM), and will end with a long chavasana inside the hammocks, returning to the womb of space as we let go of the past and prepare to enter the future together.
11am-1pm: “Kick-Ass Killer Class”
Also known as “Stretch and Flex” and inspired by “No Pain No Gain” trainings received from Hybrid Movement Company, this workshop offers a two hour intensive introduction to ground-based Dance, Gymnastics, and even Beginner Exercises in Martial Arts and Tumbling, offering an intense approach to training the body in preparation for aerial. All stretches and strengthening are components that can be practiced at home, allowing the students to practice for class and build the strength, balance, and flexibility necessary to succeed – not only in Aerial, but in Life.

2 pm – 3 pm : “Circle of Life” – INTRO TO LYRA / Circeaux
Learn the basics with an absolute beginners introduction to Lyra, also known as “Aerial Hoop” or “Circeaux”; working on a low ceiling allows us the opportunity to break down the mechanics of the “spin” that is essential to this apparatus, as well as learning how to invert, hook knees, and hang, opening up the option to explore basic sequences on the “hardest” aerial apparatus in a safe and supportive environment. Open to all levels, minimum strength requirement 4 pushups / 1 pullup.
3 pm – 4 pm: “Swing of things” – OPEN LEVEL CLOUD SWING
Swing, twist, fly, and dance on the easiest and most enjoyable of all aerial apparatus, the double silk cloud swing. Unlike regular Aerial Yoga, cloud swing uses TWO hammocks rigged side by side, opening up a whole new range of options and possibilities including the double cradle, twisting circles, and the classic “creepy spider” sequence, which we will be working from the “W” mount. Open to all levels, no experience necessary, variations available for both advanced and beginner flyers.
4 pm – 5 pm: “All Wrapped Up” – INTRO to AERIAL SILKS
Learn the Basics of Aerial Silks, including how to climb, slide, and wrap, preparing the poses for the foundations of being able to “Dance on Air” with single and double foot wrap series exploring the basics of cross-back straddle, basic ninjas / splits, and other essential sequencing elements. Open to All Levels, No Experience Required.

She has created work for over 350 events and venues, including film, music, and full-length theatrical productions.
