Kundalini Healing Meditation with the Siri Gaitri Mantra / Led by Carole Ammoun

Meditation in Kundalini Yoga contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, and focus.

Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung

This mantra is called a ‘Shushumna Mantra’, it has eight sounds that stimulate the kundalini to flow in the central channel of the spine and in the chakras. As this happens there is usually a huge metabolic adjustment to the new level of energy in the body. The brain is also involved, the sounds balance the five zones of the left and right hemispheres of the brain to activate the Neutral Mind. The Siri Gaitri Mantra is unique, it captures the radiant energy of the Cosmos as a gem captures the light of the sun. Like a gem it can be put into many settings for different purposes and occasions.

Carole Ammoun is a Kundalini Yoga instructor.
Her yoga journey started in 2009 when she first encountered Hatha yoga, and has continued ever since as she practiced extensively and attended a variety of workshops. All along she developed a keen interest in pranayama and meditation. She chanced upon Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and completed her teacher training with Gurmukh in Rishikesh in 2013. She has been transmitting the teachings since then.
Carole is also an actress, writer, and trainer. She performs on stage and for the screen, has published several short stories, and conducts acting workshops designed to develop interpersonal skills. The body-mind connection is the common thread to all her activities.
